We are a Luxury Vacation Rental for Couples offering three adorable and enchanting "honeymoon-type" Cottages on our secluded, exquisitely landscaped three-acre Kona coffee plantation overlooking the Kona Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our charming accommodations are the perfect retreat for discriminating couples seeking a romantic, intimate and unforgettable vacation experience. We are pleased to share our little slice of paradise off the beaten track, for couples preferring an authentic and more original Hawaiian stay than the typical condo, bed and breakfast (B&B), or hotel/resort situation that’s the norm in the Islands.  Our Cottages have ocean, sunset and garden views with a "warm and intimate" feel-at-home ambience; all with a sense of whimsy and a great attention to detail. Our estate and cottages are like a botanical garden sanctuary brimming with exotic flowers, green lawns, gardens and fruit, pathways and the sounds of birds; a place where you can relax and just kick back… away from civilization… and yet be only minutes to it when you want. |
 The Cottages are scattered individual houses each with living room area, bedroom area, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and private lanai (balcony) or patio. They come loaded with amenities and are luxuriously decorated with tropical bamboo furnishings and décor, artwork and collectibles. All our cottages have their own BBQ grills.  Our location is the perfect home base for exploring the island, and so is the temperature! At an elevation of 1200 feet you'll experience spectacular ocean views and an average year-round daytime temperature of 75 degrees F. You won’t swelter at the shore or be subjected to the constant drone and chill of air conditioner, yet the beach is just 15 minutes away. The occupancy for each cottage is two people maximum and there is a five night minimum stay per cottage. We specialize in offering couples a glimpse of the "real and non-touristy" Hawaii rarely seen by most travelers to this remarkable island…If all this, plus privacy, serenity, nature, beauty and ambience matter to you, then you will love staying here at Bwana Bob’s Hawaiian Vacation Cottages. |
